Having spent almost two decades working in and working out in countless gyms, I noticed a definitive lack of basic yet functional workout clothing. In my experience, most exercise clothing is always "too" something - too tight, too short, too heavy, too "70's," too whatever. People have a difficult enough time becoming motivated to exercise without having to be self-conscious about their clothes when they do work out. My goal therefore was to create a clothing line that did two things; first, made you feel comfortable about how you looked and second, made you feel comfortable when you were exercising. As an exercise physiologist and sports performance coach I realize the incredible importance of both of these things.
